Policy
Deposit is non-refundable. Design labor must be paid in full at the start of the contract. 75% of the production cost must be paid in full at the beginning of production. Any balance must be paid upon deliver, prior to any instillation. Items will not be returned or replace. Products cost are bundled as design and production with a 50% discount to design cost. Prices are based on completion of the contract. If at any point the client decides not to follow through with production the client must pay the full price of the design (the client must pay the original deposit price a second time). Any damage will be the responsibility of the client. Any complications due to instillation will be considered “As Is”; products will not be replaced. Any permits, fees, or permission are the responsibility of the client, and will be their responsibility to procure prior to the final delivery.
